Governance and Board By-Laws

WTC is governed by a Board of Directors and operate under the principles of policy governance with the responsibility to delegate the job of achieving goals within the parameters of policy to the Executive Director.

As references in the Whiskyjack Treatment Centre Board By-Laws the Board has the power to maintain, control and manage the affairs, administration, finance, operation, maintenance, policies, procedures, programs and related activities of the Whiskyjack Treatment Centre.

The board of directors are represented by three members from Norway House, three members from Cross Lake and one member from MKO.
