Family Program

• Target Population – First Nation families – Single parents or couples with their children.
• First Nation families of Manitoba Keewatinowi Okimakanak territory  (priority).
• Families with a history of substance abuse and other serious issues.
• Clients will be admitted that meet the following profile:
  1. Substance issues
  2. Physical or sexual abuse
  3. Challenges in the home, the school, and the community
• Contact with the criminal justice system.

• Families, single or couples with children
• 3 Children Max. Under 11 years of age
• First Nation Families throughout Canada
• Families with substance abuse

Primary consideration will be given to families in the MKO region:

• Families with limited resources
• Due to the location of Whiskyjack Treatment Centre, applications with medical issues are considered a factor
• No history of abuse involving the justice system
